Our Story

We give merchandise away because we want to see a bumper sticker on every vehicle in the country and a pin on every person. Not because we are anti-gay but because we believe that God wants His rainbow back.

Remember, the rainbow is a sign of God’s promise…

13 I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. 14 It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; 15 and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. Genesis 9:13-15  (NKJV)

I feel using the rainbow to symbolize PRIDE is wrong for two reasons…

First. Because of what God is symbolizing with the rainbow. He is promising to never destroy the earth by water again. So, why did he have to destroy it in the first place.

God promised to never destroy the world again with water. Yes, there have been catastrophic floods since then, but none like the one in Noah’s time.

The world before the flood, according to biblical accounts, was characterized by widespread wickedness and violence, with humanity's hearts filled with evil thoughts. God is said to have seen that the wickedness of man was great, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually, prompting the decision to flood the earth.

.

A more detailed look at the state of the pre-flood world:

Widespread wickedness: The Bible describes the pre-flood world as being filled with violence, sin, and a general corruption of morals.

Dishonesty and evil actions: People lied, stole, and even engaged in violence against each other, with no regard for the well-being of others or obedience to God.

Rebellion against God: The people before the flood were not only dishonest and violent, but also disobeyed God and turned away from his ways, pursuing their own desires.

Decline in moral standards: The pre-flood world had a significant decline in moral standards and a general disregard for God's laws.

This resulted in a Divine judgment: Because of the widespread wickedness, God decided to send a flood to destroy the world and cleanse it of sin, as the wickedness had become unbearable.

Secondly, because Pride is a sin and God created the rainbow so he would remember to never destroy the earth again with water because of man’s Pride.

So, in the past few years those who wish to legitimize the sin of homosexuality have claimed the rainbow as the symbol of their movement and Pride as their cause.

Let’s be clear, I don’t hate anyone who is gay, but I do believe it is a sin equal to fornication, adultery, and other sexual sins.

I also admit that I’m not perfect…my family and God continually reminds me of the areas in which I need to grow.

However, it is our responsibility as Christians to hold one another accountable, so calling out sin is not judging someone. Just as hating the sin does not mean we can hate the sinner.

However, educating people that their Pride is offensive to God and that their misuse of His rainbow is not only disrespectful but evil. Is our duty.
